Whether you are looking for post-rehab exercise, movement pattern analysis or performance conditioning Private Training is designed to address your personal needs and goals. Our highly trained movement specialists will help you gain proper alignment, balance your strength and flexibility, and create core strength, while improving movement quality specific to your lifestyle. Private training clients have been known to experience fewer injuries with an increased range of motion. Pilates Sessions utilize the Pilates Reformer, Cadillac and small apparatus designed by Joseph Pilates. Pilates private training is appropriate for all ages, levels and body types.
