Our Private Training programs are customized to your personal goals and needs. You will learn to move better, feel better and live healthier. We have created programs for a variety of conditions including scoliosis, post-rehab fitness, neuromuscular disease, and pregnancy among others.
Being able to understand and perform optimum movement patterns will make your athletic or dance performance stronger and help prevent injuries. Our experienced teachers will keep you moving with stronger form and technique.
Studio B Pilates is the place to improve movement, increase function, and balance out tightness while increasing flexibility and core strength. Start with an Introductory Package and continue with Private Training or join one of our Group Classes. Once you've developed proper movement patterns and a balanced body you are less likely to get injured or experience burn-out, and more likely to enjoy life!
Founded in 2004, Studio B Pilates offers mindful movement classes and private training; we are also an Authorized Training Center for Balanced Body Pilates Education. We are located in downtown Stevens Point and adjacent to the Wisconsin River. Our studio provides a calm, clean and focused environment to learn the benefits of Pilates.
We believe teachers should never stop learning! Studio B offers Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training as well as Continuing Education for movement professionals of all kind. All of us at Studio B Pilates are on our own path to become more balanced and functionally high-achieving movers. We understand the up and downs that come with life and have experienced the gains that come from a focused movement practice. Movement is our passion and we are excited to help you achieve your movement-related goals.
Balanced Body Barre combines the high energy, music driven fun of a Barre class with the precision, alignment and emphasis on high quality movement found in Pilates. The Balanced Body Barre Instructor Workshop teaches the essential elements of a Barre class format including: • Essential exercises at the Barre, in the center and on the floor. • How to use music to create motivation, rhythm and energy. • Using the Balanced Body Track system to create new class formats, quickly and easily. • Using inspirational, passionate teaching to keep classes full and clients coming back for more. Balanced Body Barre is the ideal compliment to a Pilates or personal training practice adding energy, new clientele and functional fitness training to your existing facility. The Balanced Body Barre instructor Workshop will get you started teaching a variety of 30 - 60 minute classes.
