Founded by Amy Beversdorf in 2004, Studio B is a place for moving better, getting stronger and creating a life that embodies our best selves. We specialize in creating niche programs to help our clients manage their movement goals and challenges. For 25+ years we have been working closely with physical therapists for continued training of post surgical conditions, injuries, scoliosis and neuromuscular diseases. Our skilled practitioners have experience training professional dancers and collegiate athletes for optimal performance. We see the body as an interconnected whole and the results are positive life changes with improved alignment and easeful confident movement.

Join a community of movement minded people! Stay healthy and strong while moving with ease and practicing functional movement patterns in one of our group classes. Our current class schedule includes a variety of movement choices including Pilates Mat, Group Reformer, and Mixed Apparatus sessions. For your convenience we have in-studio and livestream options, as well as an on-demand library of recorded classes.
All of our teachers are highly trained practitioners who are dedicated to the study of movement science.

Enhance your career by becoming a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher (NCPT). Studio B Pilates partners with Balanced Body Inc. to offer a comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training program including Pilates Mat, Reformer and Apparatus training. We also offer additional Balanced Body education programs including the Integrated Movement Specialist certification and Balanced Body Barre.
