Through knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics we have created specialized programs for athletes and dancers, post rehab, neuromuscular diseases and active aging populations. We train the body as an interconnected whole rather than as unrelated parts, the results are improved alignment and easeful confident movement.

Enhance your career by becoming a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher (NCPT). Studio B Pilates partners with Balanced Body Inc. to offer a comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training program including Pilates Mat, Reformer and Apparatus training. We also offer additional Balanced Body education programs including the Integrated Movement Specialist certification and Balanced Body Barre.
Amy Beversdorf and physical therapist, Patti Orthwein have teamed up to create Mindful Alignment: A Conscious Approach to Scoliosis. This workshop teaches strategies for observing spinal alignment and teachable guidelines used in creating scoliosis programs.
Anatomy in Three Dimension is a hands on approach to Anatomy. Learn the structure and function of bones, joints, muscles, tendons and ligaments as well as the origin, insertion and action of the major muscles of movement as you build them yourself using Balanced Body's Anatomy and Movement skeleton.
