The Mentorship Program Training is designed to provide an opportunity to deepen your knowledge and practice of the work, sharpen teaching skills, and gain an understanding of studio life. We encourage our students to spend as much time as they can observing sessions at Studio B whether it be in-studio or online. The Mentorship Program can be taken prior, during or after your teacher training courses. For teachers in training, you will complete your practical hours, fill in the gaps and answer questions that arise in-between teacher training sessions.
Learning is specific to the individual, so we offer a personalized approach to movement education which focuses on refinement and understanding of body mechanics, core conditioning and functional training for improved movement quality and performance.
Amy Beversdorf and Pamela Luedtke have a long history of teaching movement to all levels and in a variety of environments; from post-rehab clientele to professional dancers, in physical therapy clinics and university programs.
