Pilates Teacher Training is an investment in your future, so it’s important to choose a program that provides the skills and expertise needed to succeed. Balanced Body offers one of the most respected and innovative curriculums worldwide, featuring hands-on learning that is engaging, personal, and grounded in the art and science of movement. Our program focuses on the principles behind each exercise, giving students a deep understanding of Pilates and the tools to become thoughtful, knowledgeable teachers.
Our programming and apprenticeship opportunities are available in Stevens Point and Madison, WI, with some courses offered online. Studio B Pilates Educators bring over 20 years of experience teaching Pilates and movement science and are known for graduating highly valued, skilled instructors. In addition to Pilates, we provide continuing education for movement professionals, including courses in Anatomy and Advanced Movement Principles. All our courses are accepted by the American Council on Exercise, the American College of Sports Medicine and the National Pilates Certification Program.
