Angie was first introduced to Pilates at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, Department of Theater and Dance where she studied with Patrick Strong and later participated in the Pilates Instructor training program. Since then, her appreciation of intentional, efficient movement has grown to become a calling. She currently enjoys inspiring new clients towards a greater capacity for movement with the Pilates method.
With over 20 years’ experience teaching movement and dance to a variety of ages and levels, Angie is grateful for opportunities she’s had to collaborate with organizations like Point Dance Ensemble, Boys and Girls Club, Arts for All Wisconsin and Portage County Health and Human Services to bring dance and movement into the lives of individuals with and without disabilities.
When she’s not teaching, Angie can be found on her family’s farm in Almond, WI where they use sustainable practices to grow beef, pork, turkey, and garlic.
