Through the use of spring resistance the Pilates Reformer works the body to it's fullest length and potential. Reformer workouts emphasize core strength by targeting the deep muscles that stabilize and support the spine. The unique design of the Pilates Reformer maximizes elongation of the spine, while stretching and toning the whole body.
Our small group Reformer/Equipment classes are limited to 4 students to provide a safe and customized experience.

Pilates Mat and Movement will include traditional Pilates Matwork as well as somatic movements from various disciplines including Bartenieff Fundamentals. Class is designed to move the body as an integrated whole, through all three planes of space. Participants will experience mobilization of the joints and freedom in movement. Pilates Mat class teaches the principles of functional anatomy that strengthen the body’s core, improve balance, and increase coordination and movement efficiency.
In-Studio or Livestream
Experience Pilates matwork and functional movement with the addition of props. Use of props will be different each time but may include foam roller, small weights, therabands, and the Pilates Ultra-Fit Circle (Magic Circle or Pilates Ring). This class is designed to make you sweat! It has all the the core and mobility training of other classes with the addition of a little extra strength training. In-Studio or Livestream
This is an Intermediate Level Pilates Mat Class. This class teaches through the lens of functional anatomy. Like our other Pilates classes we will move to strengthen the body’s core, improve balance, and increase coordination and movement efficiency. Class will provide a whole body movement experience, leaving you feeling elongated and ready for the day!

Balanced Body Barre combines elements of ballet technique and Pilates movement principles to provide an energizing workout that strengthens, stretches, and tones the whole body. Class is set to music and participants can plan to work up a sweat, targeting the muscles of the core, legs, and arms. Dance experience is not necessary!
