Peg spent more than thirty years as a high-performing sales professional. During her time in the sometimes intense setting of the corporate world, she used Pilates as a way to find balance of both body and mind. In 2012 she chose to leave the corporate setting and since then has focused on learning more about the Pilates method.
Peg knows first-hand the positive effects Pilates has on the body and mind after spending more than a decade practicing with local teachers Amy Beversdorf, Patrick Strong, Joan Karlen and Robyn Eron. Now as a teacher herself, she is passionate about sharing those benefits with others and seeing the positive changes that occur for people of all levels and abilities.
