
At Studio B Pilates, we believe in the value of creating a movement community. A space for coming together to learn and share movement as part of a holistic approach to wellness. Our community workshops are designed to expand on the skills you practice in a Pilates class and provide new insights for keeping healthy movement a part of your everyday life. These workshops are free of charge, but space is limited to please sign up to secure your spot.

This workshop will guide you through exercises, self-massage techniques, stretches and more to keep your feet strong and flexible as we approach the summer months of sandals and bare feet. We will touch on general management of plantar fasciitis as well as healthy biomechanics principles.

Learn Joseph Pilates' original 34 mat exercises on Pilates Day 2026. This classical mat class will follow the sequence and cues that Joseph Pilates laid out in his 1945 book Return to Life Through Contrology. Students can expect to get a workout. modifications will be provided for beginners.
